PROOFAB Fast Adhesive 123, also known as Cyanoacrylate Adhesive, is an industrial-grade adhesive commonly referred to as super glue or all-purpose adhesive. It is accompanied by an activator spray that should be applied before the adhesive itself to enhance bonding speed. The activator spray is not always necessary and is mainly used on cold and dry surfaces. Once exposed to air and moisture, this adhesive cures rapidly, and its performance depends largely on the presence of these two factors.

Cyanoacrylate adhesives, such as PROOFAB Fast Adhesive 123, can bond a wide range of materials from metal to plastic, making it highly versatile. Unlike traditional water-based adhesives, the adhesive in this product is acrylic resin, which only bonds when in contact with moisture. This means that if applied to a completely dry surface, the adhesive will not bond effectively.

The spray used with this product contains hexane and amine gases, which are flammable, so it is recommended to avoid smoking or open flames during application. The term “Cyanoacrylate adhesive” generally refers to adhesives with fast bonding properties. Unlike traditional adhesives, the PROOFAB Fast Adhesive 123 reacts with moisture on surfaces to form strong bonds, differentiating it from adhesives that rely on evaporating solvents.

Usage Instructions

1. Clean the target surface of any dust, dirt, or contamination.
2. Spray the activator (PROOFAB Fast Adhesive 123 Spray) onto the surface and wait for it to evaporate.
3. Apply the PROOFAB Fast Adhesive 123 to the target surface.
4. Place the other part that needs to be bonded onto the adhesive-coated surface and hold it firmly for a few seconds.
5. Once the surfaces are in contact, they will bond securely.
