Description
Proofab Acrylic Concrete Joint & Crack Sealant is a high-performance product based on styrene-acrylic resins, micronized fillers, and specialized additives. It is specifically designed for repairing and filling joints and cracks on concrete, cement, and stone surfaces. This product is available in 350g cartridges and can be easily applied using dedicated sealant guns. Once applied, it can be smoothed with a putty knife. Due to the high acrylic resin content in its formulation, it provides excellent elasticity and waterproofing properties.

Performance Mechanism
With its ideal viscosity and smooth consistency, this sealant easily fills cracks and joints. After smoothing with a putty knife, it levels evenly. The high adhesive content in the formulation ensures superior adhesion to the substrate while maintaining good elasticity.

Application Method
- Ensure the surface is free of dust, grease, and any contamination before application.
- If necessary, clean the surface using water pressure or a wire brush.
- Remove loose particles from the crack edges using a putty knife and slightly widen the crack into a V-shape.
- Insert the sealant cartridge into the dedicated sealant gun and apply it into the crack, ensuring full penetration.
- Smooth the applied sealant with a putty knife for an even finish.
- If necessary, after 12 to 24 hours, sand the surface for a perfectly smooth finish.
- Depending on weather conditions, the surface will be ready for use or further processing 24 to 72 hours after application.

The required quantity depends on the depth and width of the cracks or joints. In specific cases, the exact amount can be calculated based on the joint dimensions and material density.
