PROOFAB Bitumen Sealant is a high-performance product based on reprocessed bitumen, emulsion resins, specialized additives, and petroleum-based solvents. It is packaged in special cartridges and applied using a sealant gun for injecting into cracks and joints. This product is a bitumen-based adhesive designed for sealing and waterproofing various joints on metal, cement, or asbestos roofing. It offers exceptional resistance to water and moisture.

Due to its high density, PROOFAB Bitumen Sealant can be used on vertical, sloped, and horizontal surfaces. Compared to putty application, it offers a much easier and more efficient installation due to its cartridge packaging and application with a dedicated gun.

Performance Mechanism

This product exhibits excellent adhesion to substrates. Its density allows it to effectively fill cracks and joints. The presence of emulsion resins and modified bitumen in its formulation provides high elasticity and flexibility, ensuring good resistance to minor structural movements.

Consumption Rate

Application Method

1. Ensure that the surface is clean, dry, and free from contaminants such as dust, oil, and moisture.
2. Insert the cartridge into the dedicated sealant gun.
3. Cut the nozzle tip at the appropriate width according to the joint size.
4. Apply the sealant along the joint or crack and smooth it with a putty knife.
5. Once dried, the surface is ready for use.
