Concrete Color Liquid – CCL400
Acrylic Resin-Based Coating for Cement and Concrete Surfaces
What is Concrete Color Liquid?
Concrete color liquid has been widely used for surface coating for a long time, and continuous advancements and innovations in surface coating technologies are being witnessed. Along with the progress in the paint industry across various sectors, architectural coatings are constantly developing. New technologies and formulas are being introduced to meet the needs of modern buildings for effective surface coverage with paint. One of the most widely used paints for interior and exterior building surfaces is concrete paint or texture paint, which is produced in liquid form. Concrete color liquid is formulated with acrylic emulsion resins, methyl methacrylate, and water-based materials, designed for coloring and providing durable protection for interior and exterior surfaces under harsh weather conditions. The product offers excellent coverage power and, in addition to coloring the surface, also acts as an insulator. It adheres strongly to substrates, and the painted surface can be easily cleaned, making it highly suitable for use on building exteriors.
In general, when starting the construction of a concrete structure, materials should be used that, in addition to beautifying, also offer high quality. With technological advancements, concrete paints have been introduced to the market and have significantly impacted the beautification of buildings and urban spaces.
This product, also known as facade paint, is a type of colored coating used for painting and protecting concrete surfaces. It is applied as a liquid on concrete to enhance both the aesthetics and durability of the material. The provided product significantly improves the appearance and performance of concrete structures.
Mechanism of Action of Nano Concrete Color Liquid What is the mechanism of action of nano concrete color liquid?
Nano concrete color liquid is formulated with modified acrylic emulsion resins, waterproofing agents, hardeners, special mineral powders, and specific chemical additives. It offers superior adhesion to substrates. The liquid paint provides excellent and uniform coverage while protecting the surface and making it resistant to water penetration and chemical attacks. After application and drying, the surface retains good cleanability.

Consumption of Concrete Color Liquid The amount of concrete color liquid used depends on the underlying surface, its smoothness or roughness, and the desired coverage. Typically, for smooth gray cement surfaces, the consumption is around 300 to 350 grams per square meter. For troweled cement surfaces, it is about 400 grams. Additionally, 1 kg of concrete color liquid can cover approximately 7 square meters of gypsum surface.
How to Apply Concrete Color Liquid The surface to be painted should be free of any dirt, grease, dust, or old peeling paint. If contamination is present, clean the surface using sandblasting or a brush. The surface should be completely dry and free of moisture for 15 to 20 days before application. If there are cracks, gaps, or surface porosity, repair the surface using concrete patching mortar. Apply a primer layer to enhance the adhesion of the paint to the substrate. For the first coat, you can add 10-15% water if using a roller, or 15-20% if using a brush. Mix well with a mechanical stirrer. Apply the second coat 1 to 3 hours after the first coat, using it in its pure form.
