Application Instructions for Balcony Sealer Spray

For optimal performance, the surfaces to be treated with the water-repellent sealer must be clean and free from any dust, grease, or other contaminants. If contamination is present, it is recommended to clean the surface using high-pressure water (water jet) or sandblasting. In cases where the grout between the artificial stone tiles on the balcony floor has become loose, use a sharp tool to remove the old grout and re-grout the joints. Apply the product in two layers using a brush or spray, allowing the surface to dry completely between applications.

The exact consumption rate depends on the surface texture, porosity, and absorption characteristics. However, under normal conditions, one liter of the product is sufficient to cover 5 to 6 square meters in a single layer.
