Cartridge Grouting Paste is used for grouting tiles, ceramics, and other materials, offering an excellent alternative to traditional methods like grout. This nano grouting paste is ideal for repairing and maintaining the joints of tiles and ceramics in areas like kitchens, terraces, and more. It is designed for use in wide joints and for applying fillet joints. Additionally, the application of this nano grouting paste does not require special skills or expertise, making it very easy to use.

Each cartridge contains 400 grams of grouting paste and should be applied using a specialized gun.

Consumption Rate of Cartridge Grouting Paste

The amount used depends on the width of the joint and whether it is convex or concave. Typically, for applying the nano grouting paste to joints with a size of 5×5 mm, each 400g cartridge covers approximately 6 to 8 meters of joint.

Application Method

1. Attach the nozzle to the cartridge and tighten it.
2. Place the cartridge into the specialized injection gun.
3. Cut the nozzle at an angle according to the required joint width.
4. Apply the nano grouting paste based on the desired volume and thickness, and use a trowel to smooth it out.
5. Depending on weather conditions, the surface will be ready for use 24 to 72 hours after application.

Storage of Cartridge Grouting Paste

• Storage Conditions: Store away from freezing temperatures, heat, and prolonged direct sunlight.
• Optimal Storage Temperature: 10°C to 30°C.
