Cement Remover for Various Surfaces
What is Cement Stain Remover?
Cement Stain Remover, also known as Concrete Solvent, is a neutralized, acid-based product that is completely safe for humans and the environment. It produces no vapors or unpleasant odors during use. Generally, this cement stain remover can effectively remove all types of cement stains, concrete, and similar residues from surfaces that are not acid-sensitive. Therefore, it is not recommended for use on metal, marble, or limestone surfaces.
Cement and concrete stains often cause problems for contractors and builders, especially when they adhere to construction tools, mixers, molds, or various surfaces. This product is formulated to easily break down the molecular bonds between cement particles, loosening and crumbling the cement, allowing for easy removal from surfaces.
It is an essential product in the construction industry, widely used for cleaning tools, machinery, and surfaces involved in the mixing or setting of concrete and cement.
Mechanism of Action for Cement Stain Remover
The Cement Stain Remover works by breaking the molecular bonds within the cement through an acid-based reaction, which weakens and loosens the cement particles, allowing for their easy removal from surfaces.

How to Use Cement Stain Remover
Removing Stains from Truck Mixers
Pour 30-40 liters of Cement Stain Remover into the truck mixer and let it rotate for 15-20 minutes. This allows the product to break down the molecular bonds and loosen the cement particles, making it easy to wash off with high-pressure water. For smaller mixers, adjust the amount based on the mixer’s capacity.
Cleaning Tools from Cement Residue
Soak tools with cement or mortar residue in a solution of Cement Stain Remover for 15-20 minutes, then wash with water.
Removing Cement from Molds
Spray the solution directly onto cement stains on metal molds. Let it sit for 30-40 minutes, and then rinse with water.
Removing Cement from Tiles
For dried grout stains on tiles or ceramics, spray the solution until the surface is saturated. Let it sit for 30-40 minutes, then rinse with water.
Unclogging Sewer Pipes
For pipes blocked with cement, use 0.5 liters of Cement Stain Remover for each cm of cement. After applying the solution, wait 20-30 minutes, and then flush with water to remove the cement. Repeat as necessary until the pipe is cleared.
