How to Apply Fiber Reinforced Nano Insulation Gel
Before applying, ensure the surface is clean and free of contaminants like grease, dust, and dirt. If there are loose or flaky areas, remove them using sandblasting, water pressure, or brushes. If there are uneven or rough spots, they should be repaired with a suitable filler. A primer coat is recommended to enhance adhesion. Apply the first layer of gel using a brush in either a vertical or horizontal direction. For added durability, a fiberglass mesh layer can be added before the first layer dries. The second layer should be applied after 3-4 hours, following the opposite direction of the first layer.
