Nano White Insulator
IW100-N
Waterproof Insulator for Roof and Facade
With high elasticity properties
The best alternative to bitumen
The use of modern waterproofing insulators has become quite notable due to their exceptional features compared to traditional insulators like bitumen, along with ease of application compared to traditional methods. The roof waterproofing insulator, generally known as the white roof insulator, is considered the best alternative to bitumen for roof coverings. Nano White Waterproof Insulator is a type of insulating and sealing coating made from elastomeric and polymeric materials based on water. Once dried, it creates an elastic and fully waterproof layer on the desired surface. This white insulator is suitable for all surfaces that require insulation, including metal, cement, mosaic, cracked bitumen and asphalt, wood, and all prepared surfaces for application, except for oily, algae-covered, and dusty surfaces. The white color of the waterproofing insulator enhances its durability against UV rays from the sun and helps maintain environmental balance in buildings under different weather conditions. Applying this white waterproofing insulator can prevent up to 45% of energy waste in buildings. The high flexibility, quick application, and hygienic properties of this product, both during and after application, have made it widely used. This type of waterproofing insulator is not limited to roofs but can also be used to cover facades and walls of buildings, providing special properties to the surface. The white roof insulator can be colored by adding pigments or water-based masterbatches, and it can be used as a color insulator.
In summary, this product is a water-based waterproofing insulator designed to prevent water and moisture infiltration. Its white color also helps reflect sunlight, preventing surface overheating. This nano insulation product provides unique advantages over traditional insulators, offering a highly effective solution for protecting structures against water and moisture.
Nano Waterproof Insulator Mechanism
The white roof insulator is composed of acrylic resins, special fillers, and unique additives, which enhance its elasticity properties up to three times under tensile stress. This insulator can be easily applied using a brush, roller, or sprayer, and because it closely resembles paint, any damage to the treated area can be easily repaired by applying more product with a brush. The formulation of the white roof insulator is similar to water-based acrylic paints, allowing it to be colored by adding pigments or water-based masterbatches.

Consumption Rate of Nano Waterproof Insulator
The amount of white insulator required depends on the porosity and irregularities of the underlying surfaces. On average, 2 to 2.5 kg of white insulator is used per square meter.
Method of Use
- The most important step in applying the white waterproofing insulator is ensuring that the surface is clean and free from contaminants.
- Surfaces should not have any grease, dust, or dirt.
- If there are loose or flaking areas, clean them with water pressure or sandblasting.
- If there are any craters or depressions, repair the surface with a repair mortar.
- Apply an acrylic primer on the surface to enhance the adhesion of the insulator.
- When applying the first layer of white insulator, do so in either a vertical or horizontal direction on the surface.
- To increase the longevity or “reinforce” the insulator, apply a fiberglass mesh over the first layer before it dries.
- Apply the second layer 3 to 4 hours after the first, when the surface is still tacky.
Safety
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Wash tools used with the insulator thoroughly with water after use.
- Use gloves, a mask, and safety goggles during application.
- The material is non-toxic, but if it causes irritation, consult a doctor.
