The Plastic Mid Bolt Connector, also known as the Spindle, Propeller, or Endfix, is an essential component of the Plastic Waterproof Mid Bolt system. It acts as an intermediary part that connects the Plastic Mid Bolt Cone to the Threaded Plastic Tube in the structure of the waterproof mid bolt. The design of the connector is specifically crafted to improve its grip with the concrete, enhancing the strength of the connection. After the concrete is poured, the connector remains embedded within the concrete.

The Mid Bolt Connector plays a key role in concrete formwork systems by connecting two sections of a mid bolt, ensuring a strong bond between them. This part is particularly useful when the length of a mid bolt is insufficient, as multiple connectors can be used to join several sections of mid bolts to achieve the required length.

How to Use the Plastic Mid Bolt Connector

During the assembly of the mid bolt, the Mid Bolt Connector is connected at one end to the Threaded Plastic Tube and at the other end to the Plastic Mid Bolt Cone.

Consumption of the Plastic Mid Bolt Connector

For each Plastic Waterproof Mid Bolt, two Plastic Mid Bolt Connectors are required.

Important Notes About the Plastic Mid Bolt Connector

• Omitting the Mid Bolt Connector from the Plastic Waterproof Mid Bolt structure can cause deformation of the threaded plastic tube, preventing the proper installation of the stoppers needed to seal the hole left by the bolt.
