The Power Screw Tile and Ceramic Leveler is the latest screw-type tile and ceramic leveling system in Iran, manufactured by the technical and engineering team of Beton Plast Chemical Company and marketed under the BPROFIX brand. The Power Screw Tile Leveler consists of two main components: the clip and the nut (wedge). The Power Screw Tile Leveler Clip has superior quality compared to all other screw models available on the market. The design of the screw threads has been meticulously optimized to ensure that the nut can exert greater force and precision in leveling tiles and ceramics.

The Power Screw Tile Leveler Nut is entirely unique in its geometric form and design. Compared to all similar models, it has significantly higher strength, weight, and functionality. With its superior strength, it utilizes both compressive and torsional forces to fully level and align two adjacent tiles.

No special wrench or pliers are required to fasten the Power Screw Tile Leveler Nut onto the clip. It can be easily adjusted by hand using the specially designed handles on both sides, ensuring effortless leveling of the tiles.

Durability and Reusability

The Power Screw Tile Leveler is a permanent tool and, due to its special design and high resistance, it never breaks. After each use, it can be stored in a toolbox and reused for all tiling projects. However, the clips are single-use and become unusable after each installation, as the base of the clip breaks off from the stem.

Tile levelers come in various sizes and shapes, but the Power Screw Leveler surpasses all similar screw-type models in quality. How to Use

1. Surface Preparation
   Apply tile adhesive or mortar to the surface.
2. Tile Placement
   Place the first tile in the designated area. Insert tile spacers at the joints to maintain proper spacing.
3. Clip Placement
   Based on the size and dimensions of the tiles, position the necessary number of Power Screw Tile Leveler Clips at the edges.
4. Nut Installation
   Place adjacent tiles and fasten the Power Screw Leveler Nut onto the clip. Twist the nut until the tiles are fully aligned and leveled.
5. Clip Removal
   Once the tile adhesive or mortar has partially set, remove the clips by striking them with a rubber mallet or the toe of a shoe. The clip will break at its designated weak point, leaving a smooth and even tile surface.

Usage Guidelines

The number of Power Screw Tile Levelers required for a project depends on the tile size:

• Tiles up to 30×30 cm → 1 leveler per edge
• Tiles between 40×40 cm and 50×50 cm → 2 levelers per edge
• Tiles between 60×60 cm and 80×80 cm → 3 levelers per edge
• Tiles larger than 80×80 cm → 1 leveler for every 20–25 cm along each edge

For smaller tiles, one leveler can be placed at the intersection of four tiles to enhance precision.

Important Notes

• The Power Screw Tile Leveler is designed for tiles with a minimum thickness of 8 mm. It is not suitable for thinner flooring materials like parquet. For tiles thinner than 8 mm, a flat small-leveling system is recommended.
• Ensure that the tile adhesive or mortar has adequately set before breaking the clips. If the adhesive is still soft, walking on the surface may cause misalignment.
• Unlike flat tile levelers, which require special pliers for installation, the Power Screw Leveler can be easily tightened by hand.
• The clips are single-use, while the nuts are reusable. If the tiling process is being done in multiple stages, purchase fewer nuts than clips to optimize costs.
