PROOFAB Fast Adhesive 123, also known as Cyanoacrylate Adhesive, is an industrial-grade adhesive commonly referred to as super glue or all-purpose adhesive. It comes with an activator spray, which is applied before the adhesive itself to accelerate bonding. The use of the activator spray is not always necessary, and it is mainly recommended in cold and dry conditions. When exposed to air and moisture, this adhesive cures rapidly, and its effectiveness depends on the presence of these two factors.

The application range of Cyanoacrylate Adhesive 123 is diverse, extending beyond simple household or antique bonding. It is capable of bonding a wide range of materials, from metal to plastic.

The activator spray contains hexane and amine gases, both of which are flammable. For safety reasons, it is advised not to light cigarettes or have open flames nearby while using the spray. Cyanoacrylate adhesives are known for their rapid bonding capabilities, and the materials in the spray differ from traditional liquid adhesives, which are water-based. PROOFAB Fast Adhesive 123, made from acrylic resin, only bonds when moisture is present on the surface. If applied to a completely dry surface, the adhesive will not bond effectively.

When moisture is present on the target surface, the adhesive reacts with the moisture, forming strong bonds between the two surfaces, which is different from traditional adhesives that rely on the evaporation of a base fluid.

Usage Instructions

1. Ensure that the target surface is free of dust, dirt, and contaminants.
2. Spray the activator (PROOFAB Fast Adhesive 123 Spray) onto the surface and wait for it to evaporate.
3. Apply PROOFAB Fast Adhesive 123 to the target surface.
4. Place the second part onto the adhesive-coated surface and hold it firmly for a few seconds.
5. The surfaces will securely bond.
