Application Method
- Surface Preparation: Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and contaminants.
- Masking: For a clean application, cover the edges around the application area with masking tape.
- Application: Insert the sealant cartridge into a caulking gun, cut the nozzle to the desired width, and apply the sealant evenly.
- Finishing: Smooth the applied sealant with a spatula and allow it to cure.
- Curing Time: The sealant requires a minimum of 12 hours to dry, and depending on weather conditions and layer thickness, full curing may take up to 48 hours.
- Painting: For painting over the sealant, allow at least 5-6 days after application.
