      1. Surface Preparation<\/strong>: Clean the male and female threads with an absorbent cloth to remove dust, oil, and contaminants.<\/li>\n
      2. Application<\/strong>: Apply the sealant evenly<\/strong> around the first three threads<\/strong> of the male and female connectors in a 360-degree motion<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      3. Assembly<\/strong>: Tighten the fittings securely and allow the sealant to cure for 24 hours<\/strong> at a temperature of 22-24\u00b0C<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      4. Excess Sealant Removal<\/strong>: Wipe off any excess adhesive using an absorbent cloth before curing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Disassembly & Reuse<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        • Hand tools cannot loosen the bonded joint<\/strong> once fully cured.<\/li>\n
        • To disassemble, apply localized heat up to 250\u00b0C<\/strong> and loosen the connection while it is still warm.<\/li>\n
        • Remove dried adhesive mechanically and clean the surface with acetone<\/strong> before reassembly.<\/li>\n
        • Fresh sealant must be applied for reassembly<\/strong>, as the used adhesive cannot be reused.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
