The PROOFAB P131 Rebar Anchor Adhesive<\/strong> is a highly powerful two-component adhesive<\/strong> formulated with high-quality general polyester resins<\/strong>, designed and offered for a wide range of construction industry applications<\/strong>. This adhesive is extensively used in semi-heavy<\/strong> and medium-weight projects<\/strong> for both horizontal<\/strong> and vertical<\/strong> applications. Thanks to its thixotropic properties<\/strong>, it can even be used in vertical applications<\/strong>, household uses<\/strong>, and non-construction purposes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      Consumption Rate<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      Start applying the adhesive from the deepest part<\/strong> of the hole. If you begin in the middle, trapped air could leave voids. If the nozzle or mixer does not reach the bottom of the hole, use a pipe<\/strong> or hose<\/strong>. Ensure that 70% of the hole is filled with rebar anchor adhesive<\/strong>. Make sure the concrete in the hole is free from cracks and damage.<\/p>\n

      After placing the rebar, avoid shifting it and keep it in place without applying pressure until the adhesive hardens.<\/p>\n

      1. Drill the hole<\/strong> using appropriate tools.<\/li>\n
      2. Clean the drilled hole thoroughly, using a vacuum cleaner or brush to remove any dust and debris. This is crucial since concrete dust or debris can affect the adhesive\u2019s performance.<\/li>\n
      3. Remove any grease or oils from the surface.<\/li>\n
      4. Inject the rebar anchor adhesive<\/strong> into the hole, filling about two-thirds<\/strong> of the hole\u2019s volume.<\/li>\n
      5. Clean the excess adhesive from the hole opening using a spatula<\/strong> or other tools. Allow it to cure completely.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
