The Tile and Ceramic Sealing Adhesive is a powerful product based on styrene acrylic resins, enhanced and improved with nanotechnology. Traditional grouting methods, which are based on cement, gradually break down over time and are washed away by water and household acid cleaners. The best solution to this problem is to add the Tile and Ceramic Sealing Adhesive to the grout powder mixture. This adhesive, once mixed with dry grout, increases its bonding strength and also ensures complete waterproofing of tile joints in contact with water and moisture.

This product is essentially an adhesive used for bonding tiles and ceramics and sealing the gaps between them. It is especially suitable for internal applications such as sealing cracks around bathrooms, showers, windows, and countertops.

Application Method

Grouting Tiles and Ceramics with Ready-Made Grout Powder: Add the Tile Sealing Adhesive to water and stir. Then, gradually add grout powder to the mixture and mix thoroughly with a mechanical mixer to obtain a uniform and smooth mixture.

Grouting Tiles and Ceramics with Cement and Stone Powder: Mix the Tile Sealing Adhesive and water together, then add the cement and stone powder mixture. Stir well until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.

Consumption Rate

• Grouting with Cement and Stone Powder: Add three parts stone powder to two parts cement, and then add one part water and one part Tile Sealing Adhesive to the mixture.
• Grouting with Ready-Made Grout Powder: For each 20 kg bag of ready-made grout powder, 2 liters of this adhesive is required, and the water amount for mixing should be reduced accordingly.

Safety

• If the adhesive comes into contact with the eyes, rinse with clean water for 2 minutes and immediately consult a doctor.
