What is Brick Adhesive?

This product is formulated and produced based on cement, micronized powders, as well as powdered resins and special additives. The unique features of this adhesive include very high and permanent adhesion strength, durability, low consumption rate, and its cost-effectiveness compared to similar methods. Additionally, its high resistance to moisture makes it a special product. All of these advantages are achieved without the addition of any extra materials.

Generally, this product is also known as stone masonry adhesive, offering a versatile and easy solution for bonding stone, brick, and other construction materials. It can be used for repairs (such as patching cracks or fixing individual stones) or for building complete walls.

Consumption Rate

The consumption rate of brick adhesive depends on the condition of the substrate.

Application Method of Brick Adhesive

• For each 20 kg bag, 6 to 7 liters of water are needed for the mixture.
• Gradually add the powder to the water and mix until a homogeneous and smooth mixture is achieved. Apply the mixture on the surface and attach the bricks.

Safety Instructions for Brick Adhesive

• Wear goggles and gloves during application.
• In case of accidental eye contact, rinse thoroughly with clean water for at least 15 minutes.
• If contact occurs with the skin, wash immediately with water.

Storage Conditions for Brick Adhesive

• The product has a shelf life of six months in its original packaging.
• Store in conditions away from freezing, excessive heat, and prolonged exposure to sunlight.
• The ideal storage temperature is between 10°C and 30°C.
