In many cases, it is necessary to enhance the adhesion of the cement mortar. For surfaces like bathroom, toilet, or kitchen floors, it is often required to improve bonding and at the same time provide water resistance by adding a special bonding agent. This bonding agent is a special product formulated based on acrylic resins, designed as a strengthening additive for cement mortars, enhancing many of the properties of the mortar. By using the Cement Bonding Agent in the cement mortar mix, properties such as adhesion, mechanical strength, wear and scratch resistance, permeability reduction, and more are greatly improved. It is also ideal for producing durable cement-based objects.

Overall, the addition of this product to the cement or plaster mixture significantly reduces the permeability of cement surfaces to water and moisture. After application, it prevents cement surfaces from peeling or bubbling.

Application Method

To mix this product with cement mortar, replace up to 30% of the water needed to transform dry cement and aggregate materials into mortar with the Cement Bonding Agent. It’s worth mentioning that when adding this product to the cement mortar mix, the working time should be reduced. The proper mixing method is as follows: First, pour the water into a container and add the Cement Bonding Agent. Then, gradually add the dry mix (it’s recommended to combine the dry materials beforehand) and stir until a smooth cement mortar mixture is obtained.

Consumption Rate

For making cement mortar, add 30% of the water-to-cement ratio as the Cement Bonding Agent and reduce the same amount of water from the mixture.

Safety

• When mixing the product with cement mortar, always wear protective goggles.
• Use a mask and gloves when applying the Cement Bonding Agent.
• This product is not classified as toxic or harmful to the environment.
• If the product comes into contact with eyes, rinse immediately with clean water for 2 minutes.

Storage

• This product has a shelf life of one year in its original packaging.
• Store in a location away from cold, frost, heat, and direct prolonged sunlight exposure.
• The ideal storage temperature is between +10°C and +30°C.
