Conic Bar Cover (Plastic Conic Spacer for Rebar)

In certain concrete projects, such as the production of concrete pipes or the construction of manholes, the rebar network is first woven and then placed into the mold. Before or even during the placement of the rebar into the mold, the rebar networks may be left on the ground or pallets to wait until the required number of rebar networks is prepared. During this waiting period, the rebar can be exposed to harmful environmental factors, especially the corrosive ions in the soil, which can cause oxidation at the rebar tips that come in contact with the ground. After the concrete pouring and removal of the molds, signs of rust and oxidation may appear at the rebar tips that were exposed to the soil.
